John Tabor is an experienced DCS Operator currently employed at Venture Global LNG since June 2023, focusing on the commissioning and startup of 36 liquefaction trains. Previously, John served as an LNG Controller at Kinder Morgan, Inc. from September 2017 to June 2023 and held various roles at Mississippi Power from October 2014 to August 2017, including Gas Technician, DCS Operator, and startup commissioning. With over three decades of experience in chemical plant and production operations, John possesses a strong commitment to safety, team building, and mentorship, along with a dedication to continual learning and professional development. Prior positions include Chemical Processor II at Ascend Performance Materials and Chemical Operator at First Chemical Corporation. John holds educational credentials from The University of Southern Mississippi and Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
