Jim Thorn is an experienced professional with over 35 years in operations, primarily within the Conoco (now Phillips66) refinery. Currently serving as an operations assessor and training advisor at Venture Global LNG since January 2023, Jim also contributes as a technical writer for EcoScience Resource Group since March 2021. Previous roles include operator competency assessor at Cameron LNG from June 2018 to June 2022, and a long tenure in various operations positions at Phillips66 from October 1981 to March 2016. Throughout the career, Jim has engaged in forming, mentoring, leading, and supervising multidisciplinary teams and groups, showcasing a strong commitment to collaboration and professional development.
