Scott Sieg began their work experience as a Bookkeeper at TRM Management in December 2010 and held this position until May 2016. From June 2016 until 2020, they worked as an Accountant at TRM Management. In 2020, Sieg transitioned to the role of General Accountant at Venture First.

Scott Sieg attended McKendree University from 2012 to 2015. Scott obtained a Bachelor's Degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
