Regan Bynder is an experienced education professional with a strong background in early childhood education and program management. Currently serving as a Coordinator at the Ventura County Office of Education since July 2018, Regan has also held various roles including Operations Specialist and Technical Assistant Specialist within the same organization. In addition, Regan is an Adjunct Professor at California State University Channel Islands since January 2020. Previous experience includes roles such as Program Quality Director at Continuing Development Inc. and multiple positions at Child Development Centers, where Regan contributed to program resource management and development from 2008 to 2018. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Research Assistant and Project Coordinator at UCLA and as the Director of School Age Programs at JPL/CalTech Child Education Center.
