Richard Inglis possesses extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving in the Energy Water & Renewables division at Ventia since October 2024. Prior to this role, Richard was the General Manager of Portfolio Management and Future Generation at Genesis from February 2018 to October 2024, where responsibilities included integrating portfolio management and overseeing power purchase agreement negotiations. Richard's career includes significant positions at Evergen as General Manager of Solar and Battery Sales, and AGL Energy Ltd, where roles ranged from Manager of Energy Solutions to Project Development Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons) in Energy Management from the University of Otago, a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from Kaplan University, and a Diploma of Management from the Australian Institute of Management.
