Ben Coles is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Ventia since June 2021, Ben leads the QLD Contract Labour team, provides coaching and training, and oversees performance management while also acting as an EEO Officer and Ventia Healthy Minds Champion. Prior to this role, Ben worked at Skout Solutions and Randstad Australia Pty Ltd, delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions across various industries. Ben's career began at IAG and Wesfarmers Insurance, where roles included claims management and team leadership. Ben holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a focus on HR Management and Economics from Griffith University.
