Max Looper is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Assistant General Counsel - Transactions and Finance at Ventas, Inc. since February 2021. Prior to this role, Max worked as an Associate at Sidley Austin LLP from September 2016 to January 2021 and completed a PILI Fellowship at the James B. Moran Center for Youth Advocacy in 2016.
