Matt Kaplan is an experienced executive in the staffing industry, currently serving as Division President of Back Office Solutions at Vensure Employer Services since September 2022. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at Sunset Cove Solutions, LLC, where personalized back office solutions are offered for staffing clients; Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Active Staffing Services, which focuses on the light-industrial sector; and various leadership positions in payroll and accounting operations at Eastridge Workforce Solutions and Forrest Solutions Group. Matt Kaplan began a career in the U.S. Coast Guard and has a strong educational background, including an MBA in Global Business and Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College.
