Lena Aronov has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lena currently holds the position of Director of Product Management at Venn, a role they assumed in 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Product Management at Soluto, where they led six product teams and oversaw the support experience for messaging and voice support channels. Lena also held the roles of Principal Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Product Manager at Soluto.

Before joining Soluto, Lena worked at Growmobile by Perion as the Manager of Customer Success, where they established and led the customer success team for a mobile engagement automation platform. Lena played a pivotal role in onboarding customers, providing guidance on platform adoption, and optimizing client campaigns.

Prior to Growmobile, Lena worked at Perion, where they served as a Localization Project Manager and a Software Project Manager for Growmobile. Lena was responsible for managing localization processes, setting project specifications, and overseeing a team of translators and copywriters.

Earlier in their career, Lena worked as a Localization Project Manager at Conduit, where they managed localization processes for the company's products. Lena also worked at Cyhawk Ventures Ltd. as a Project Manager, Head of Sales, and SEM & Media Department Manager. Additionally, they gained experience as part of the support team at Eshbel Technologies Ltd. and as an Economist at the Prime Ministers Office. Lena started their career as a Customer Service Senior Representative at United Mizrahi Bank.

Lena Aronov attended the High School for Honor Students, Gymnasium #1 in Novosibirsk, Russia from 1993 to 1999. Lena studied Linguistics during their time there. Later, from 2001 to 2005, Lena pursued a B.A. degree in Business Management and Economics at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Additionally, in 2014, they obtained AgilePM (2010) Foundation and AgilePM (2010) Practitioner certifications from APMG-International.
