William Mann started their work experience in 2014 as an Installer at Digital Office Equipment, where they worked until December 2014. In 2015, they joined Onshore Outsourcing as a Software Developer, where they worked on projects for Caresource and Pulte. Their responsibilities included creating and enhancing C# MVC and Handlebars applications, as well as building templates and content using Sitecore. William also worked on an Angular 8 Kiosk application. In 2021, they worked at Assurity as a Software Developer, and currently, they are employed at Venminder as a Software Engineer.

William Mann obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Support Specialist and an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Ogeechee Technical College from 2011 to 2014. In addition, they have obtained certifications in C# Framework Design, JavaScript: Events, Learning the Angular CLI (2018), Object Oriented Programming with C#, and jQuery Essential Training from LinkedIn in May 2021.
