Matthias Faßbender is an experienced IT consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors and agile methodologies. Currently serving as the Agile at Scale Practice Track Lead and IT Consultant at venITure since January 2022, Matthias also operates as a freelance consultant through MF IT Consulting, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Employee Central. Prior experience includes a role as an in-house consultant for SAP HCM at Saurer Group and various positions at Esprit, culminating in a managerial role in Global HR Projects and Systems.
