Sam Carter has extensive experience in customer success and admissions, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success at Vendr since January 2021, with a progression of roles that includes Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to Vendr, Sam held the position of Associate Director of Admission at Ursinus College from August 2017 to January 2021 and worked at multiple institutions in enrollment services, including Northeastern University and Stonehill College. Sam's earlier career included a role as Associate Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual. Sam holds a Master of Science in Leadership from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology from Colby College.
