Rayshaun Franklin began their work experience in 2017 at JOEY Restaurant Group, where they served as a Bar Manager for four years until 2021. In 2021, they transitioned to VendorPM, initially as a Business Development Representative before being promoted to Account Executive. Currently, they hold the position of Enterprise Sales Account Executive at VendorPM.

Rayshaun Franklin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Geography and Political Science from the University of Toronto. Rayshaun attended the university from 2013 to 2017.
