Mohamed Chaudry has a diverse range of work experience. Mohamed is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Vendease, a groundbreaking food tech company revolutionizing the food industry in Africa. Previously, they co-founded SEAJET and held the role of Chief Financial Officer, leading significant upscaling and growth strategy in the subsea excavation industry. Mohamed also worked as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at REDOQ LTD, SANIA LIMITED, and Foodhub, where they had responsibilities such as financial restructuring and overseeing financial aspects of a hyper-growth organization. Prior to that, they worked as a Portfolio Finance Director at SKY CORPORATE CONSULTING LTD, Partner at Watersheds Corporate Finance, and in the Corporate Finance department at Moore Global. Mohamed began their career as the Head of Consultancy at Donn Sheldon and worked as a Senior Executive at Scottish Enterprise, providing strategic and operational advice to high-growth companies.
Mohamed Chaudry obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Business/Management from Strathclyde Business School in 2003. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Civil Engineering at the University of Strathclyde from 1993 to 1996. In addition to their degrees, they obtained the FCCA certification from the ACCA and the Islamic Finance Qualification from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) in 2008.
