Rakhi Sahu possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving in a Talent Acquisition role at Vendavo since September 2021. Prior to this, Rakhi worked as an HR Executive at COGNIZE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED from June 2018 to August 2021, managing the complete recruitment cycle, and as a Human Resources Associate at USS HOME DECOR PRIVATE LIMITED, where responsibilities included conducting interviews, onboarding, and managing employee records. Rakhi's journey began with internships focused on recruitment strategies and marketing, complementing academic achievements that include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Jaipuria Institute of Management, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Trinity Institute of Technology & Research.
