Aizat Hafiz has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Aizat started their career as a Material, Corrosion, and Inspection Engineer trainee at PETRONAS in 2014. Later, they worked as a Research Officer at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Vale as a Port Engineer before transitioning to the role of Reliability Engineer in 2018. Aizat remained with Vale until 2021. Currently, Aizat is working as an Asset Engineer at Venator Materials Plc, a position they started in August 2021.

Aizat Hafiz's education history begins with their high school education at SMK Tengku Lela Segara, where they studied science from 2005 to 2009. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS from 2010 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Aizat Hafiz has obtained various certifications. Aizat became a Graduate Engineer (Mechanical) certified by the Board of Engineers Malaysia in October 2016. Additionally, Aizat Hafiz has pursued training in various subjects related to their field. Aizat received training in Bearing Failure Analysis, Bearing Lubrication, and Bearing Maintenance & Technology from SKF Group. Aizat also completed training courses in Foundations of Reliability Engineering Data Analysis and Modeling as well as System Risk and Reliability Analysis Series offered by HBM Prenscia. Moreover, they obtained the Vibration Analyst level I certification from SKF Group. The specific months and years of the training and certifications from SKF Group are not provided.
