Susanne Brandi Andersen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Director of Regional HRBP PacRim+ & Group Marketing and Director of Global HR Operations at VELUX since June 2019. Prior to this role, Susanne held positions such as Head of Human Resources Services at Egmont from March 2016 to June 2019 and Lead HR Business Partner at DONG Energy from August 2008 to February 2016, where responsibilities included leading HR initiatives across various sectors. Early career experience includes managing Performance & Reward Management at DONG Energy and serving as JV Controller in the asset management team. Susanne's foundational experience at TietoEnator spanned a decade, where leadership in change management and administrative functions shaped business unit success. Susanne holds a Cand.merc. degree in Strategy, Consultancy, and Financial Management from Copenhagen Business School.
