Nandini Sahasrabuddhe Ph.D. is a Principal Scientist in Knowledge Base AI at Velsera since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in clinical genomics and proteomics. Prior roles include Director of Product Management and Lead Clinical Genomics Scientist at PierianDx, where effective leadership was demonstrated in clinical interpretations and knowledge base development for NGS data analysis software. A research scientist at the Institute of Bioinformatics from March 2013 to December 2014, Nandini focused on phosphoproteomic studies and quantitative proteomic assays for cancer biomarkers. The academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Proteomics from the Institute of Bioinformatics, with prior research experience at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in similar fields. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Molecular Biology and a Bachelor's in Zoology from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
