Claycamp's extensive experience at Johnson Controls, spanning from April 2000 to October 2018, includes multiple leadership roles such as Plant Manager for various facilities, Plant Superintendent, and Continuous Improvement Manager overseeing Six Sigma initiatives. Earlier career experience includes a position as Quality Technician at Yuasa Inc. from 1998 to 2000. Claycamp earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology/Technician from Fort Hays State University from 1993 to 1998.
