Jonathan Jacob is an experienced professional in customer support and management, currently serving as Rider Support Manager at Velocio since August 2022. In this role, Jonathan collaborates across departments to relay market trends and troubleshoot third-party warehouse issues. Prior to Velocio, Jonathan worked at SRAM, LLC for over eleven years as Lead Customer Service Representative and also held positions as a Customer Service Representative at Dan's Comp and Gilles Cycling and Fitness. Earlier experience includes an assistant coaching role at the University of Southern Indiana, where responsibilities included workout administration and recruiting. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from the University of Southern Indiana, obtained from 1997 to 2001.
