Troy Kind currently serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Services at Velera, leading the delivery and governance of operational teams for Enterprise Services, including Enterprise Architecture, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Enterprise Robotics and AI, since May 2024. Previously, from October 2018 to May 2024, Troy held the position of Vice President and Director of Platform Engineering at CO-OP Financial Services. Troy's extensive experience at Fiserv from April 2005 to September 2018 includes roles such as Director of Technical Delivery, Manager of System Engineering, Manager of Database Operations, Database Administrator, and Database Application Developer, overseeing multiple engineering departments and ensuring compliance across various technologies. Early career experience includes serving as a Staff Sergeant with the Army National Guard while simultaneously working as a Systems Administrator at the Health and Wellness Center of Watertown. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Kaplan University.
