Lior Pinsky is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in private equity, venture capital, and corporate law. Currently serving as a Partner and Head of PE/VC/Listed Companies at Veirano Advogados since November 2010, Lior also holds positions as a Board Member and Co-Managing Partner. Previous roles include Senior Associate at Pinheiro Neto Advogados and Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Lior's academic contributions as a Professor at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa from 2002 to 2014 included teaching M&A for the LLM course and coordinating the module's instructors. Lior holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
