Samir Rasam has extensive experience in renewable energy, sustainability, and business development. Currently serving as the Director at Veinvest Limited since July 2024, Samir focuses on strategy, fundraising, and investment consulting within renewable energy and sustainability solutions. As an Advisor for Kairus Energies since September 2023, Samir specializes in energy storage solutions. Samir has held the position of Managing Director at Zicon Infra Private Limited since May 2016, leading sustainability initiatives in renewable energy and new technologies. Previous roles include Head of Strategy & Investments at Roofsol Energy Pvt Ltd, Director of Renewable & Sustainability at Corporate Analyst and Consultant Pvt. Ltd., and CEO of the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow Alumni Association. Samir's early experience includes leadership roles within Boral Gypsum India and Rondo Metal Systems, where responsibilities encompassed sales, marketing, and P&L management. Samir holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
