Stefanie van Waardenburg is a seasoned professional in crisis management and communication, currently serving as Beleidsadviseur Crisisbeheersing and CoPI persvoorlichter at Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland since June 2017. With a strong background in communication, Stefanie has held various roles including Communicatie Adviseur and Coördinator team Communicatie, where responsibilities included leading communication efforts for numerous projects, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior experience includes positions as Omgevingsanalist at Walibi Holland, PR advisor at PRoMiss Communicatie, and in various communication roles within the Gemeente Rotterdam, Trust International, and BW Communicatie. Stefanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and has completed education at the Instituut Fysieke Veiligheid and Leiden University.
