Paul Horsmans is an experienced communication advisor with a diverse background in public sector communication roles. Since 2015, Paul has been working as a Communicatieadviseur and in Communicatie & Externe Betrekkingen at Gemeente Haarlemmermeer, and since 2016 at Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland as a Communicatieadviseur Bevolkingszorg. Previous positions include roles at Gemeente Medemblik, Gemeente Stede Broec, Gemeente Halderberge, and Gemeente Hoorn, as well as freelance journalism with AD NieuwsMedia. Paul’s educational background includes degrees from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and the School voor de Journalistiek in Utrecht.
