Marcel Liefting has extensive experience in emergency management and contract management, currently serving as a Contractbeheerder at Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland since January 2012. Responsibilities include roles such as Informatiemanager Copi and various positions within the crisis organization and firefighting teams. Marcel also contributes as a volunteer firefighter and coordinator for exercises in Heemskerk and as a BHV coordinator for a corporate building. An ongoing member of Brandweer Beverwijk since September 2001, Marcel has also completed studies in operational management and contract management, equipping with skills in risk management and performance measurement of contract parties. Previous experience includes a coordinator role at Corus IJmuiden from 1975 to 2001.
