Jochem Sanders is a seasoned professional in fire prevention and safety, currently employed as a Specialist Brandpreventie at Veiligheidsregio Gelderland-Zuid since September 2015. In addition, Jochem holds the position of Brandmeester within the voluntary fire department and oversees the Thema Brandveilig Leven initiative. Previous experience includes a role as Junior Adviseur at Briks Advies | Loopbaan | Academy in early 2018 and conducting an integrative safety project at BrabantZorg, focusing on business risk assessment and management. Jochem began a career in safety and health as an intern at HEINEKEN from August 2015 to early 2016. Jochem holds a Specialist Brandpreventie NIPV qualification obtained in 2022 and has completed the Brandpreventie Academy program. An educational background from Avans University of Applied Sciences was completed between 2013 and 2017.
