Sam Jhaveri is an experienced professional in supply chain management and operational leadership with a robust history spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Director of Materials at Veeco since August 2020, Sam oversees planning, procurement, and warehouse operations for the Somerset site. Prior experience includes a leadership role at ABB as Head of Planning & Fulfillment for the Americas, focusing on organization development and process implementation for strategic transformation. Previously, Sam held senior management roles at Lumentum and JDSU, excelling in supply chain operations, inventory management, and logistics. Sam holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College.
