Sudarshan Reddy has over 13 years of work experience in sales and business development. Sudarshan started their career in 2007 as an Area Sales Manager for Amul (GCMMF) where they launched the Amul Fresh Milk division in Hyderabad. Sudarshan then handled the Frozen line division (Icecream and Paneer) of AMUL at Bangalore covering 10 districts of Southern Karnataka. In 2016, they moved to Lactalis India (Tirumala Milk Products P Ltd.) as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for planning & execution of Lactalis & Tirumala brands sale in Karnataka & Rayalaseema. In 2018, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager for Davidoff Cigarettes, handling south India (5 states). Most recently, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager for Parag Milk Foods, where they handled 5 states of south India, responsible for Sales and Business Development of the Region covering GT, MT & HORECA with a monthly revenue of 10 Cr. Sudarshan was also responsible for Channel Sales Management, Distribution management, Financial management, Team building, Data management, Brand building, IT implementation, and Competition analysis. In 2020, they were appointed as Zonal Head for Veeba.
Sudarshan Reddy completed a Strategic Retail Management degree from the Indian School of Business in 2019. Prior to that, they earned an MSc in Dairy Chemistry from the National Dairy Research Institute between 2005 and 2007.
