Cécile Winckert (Elie) currently serves as the Responsable formation at VEDECOM since July 2022. Previously, Cécile founded and led INSPIRE & ACT from December 2016 to November 2023, providing collaborative workshops and seminars as a certified coach. Cécile's prior experience includes roles as a Consultante at MELTIS (2014 - 2016), chargée relation entreprises at the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de région Paris Ile-de-France (2012 - 2013), and business developper at Bureau Veritas Group (2006 - 2011). Cécile's early career included a position as Directrice artistique at Ogilvy (2001 - 2003). Cécile holds a DUT in techniques de commercialisation from IUT de Cergy-Pontoise, with additional education from SUP de V.
