Mitchell Cohen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and creditors' rights. Currently a shareholder and head of the New York Litigation Group at Vedder Price since March 2009, Mitchell also serves as co-chair of the Creditors’ Rights & Collections Group. Prior experience includes a partnership at Arent Fox from January 2006 to March 2009. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Emory University School of Law, obtained between 1995 and 1998, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University at Albany, earned from 1991 to 1995.
