Melissa Munson Winchester is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate transactional law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, and capital raising. Currently serving as a Shareholder at Vedder Price since March 2022, Melissa previously held the same title at McGuire, Craddock & Strother, P.C., from September 2016 to April 2022. Former roles include SVP General Counsel at TransFirst, Partner at Locke Lord, and Associate positions at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Melissa holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and a Bachelorā€™s degree in Plan II Honors Program and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
