Jane Carlton is an experienced designer with a diverse background in product development and design, currently serving as a Designer at Kontoor Brands, Inc. since February 2023. Previous positions include Product Development Manager at GeoGrit LLC and Design Director at Eberjey. Jane has also worked as a Sr. Designer for Intimates and Sleepwear at FULLBEAUTY Brands, Designer of Apparel and Dresses at Soma, and held multiple roles at jcpenney, ranging from Associate Designer to Assistant Designer. Jane holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, with additional education from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
