Ela Rani has extensive experience in the field of education and research. Currently serving as a Senior Personal Teacher at Vedantu since September 2020, Ela Rani previously held internship positions at Tata Chemicals, where notable projects included synthesizing cathode material for lithium-ion batteries and developing hybrid oxide for fuel cells. Additional internships at Tata Pigments and Steel Authority of India Limited involved research on iron-oxide pigments and coal carbonization processes, respectively. Ela Rani's educational background includes an Integrated M.Sc in Chemistry from BIT Mesra, supplemented by high school studies focused on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Leadership skills were demonstrated as the Creative Head of Ehsaas Dramatics Society at BIT Mesra.
