Sunil Gupta is a seasoned professional with 27 years of extensive experience in various leadership roles within the cement industry and aluminum business. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Vedanta Limited's Aluminium Business since June 2023, Sunil previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Vedanta Limited's Jharsuguda facility from February 2022 to July 2023, and at KJS Cement (I) Limited from November 2017 to February 2022, where a significant turnover increase of 18% was achieved. Sunil's career at ACC Limited spanned 25 years, culminating in the role of Cluster Head for the East Region and Projects, where strategic and operational leadership was provided in complex environments. Sunil holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Ujjain Engineering College, completed in 1993.
