Shraddha Gaikwad currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Branding and Communication at Vedanta Foundation since January 2023. Prior to this role, Shraddha worked at Eureka Forbes Ltd from July 2018 to October 2023, holding positions as Associate Officer in Corporate Communication and Project Coordinator for the "Dare to Care" initiative, where employee volunteer initiatives were designed based on employee interests and executed in collaboration with the HR department across India. Shraddha began a career in corporate communication during an internship with the Indian School of Management & Entrepreneurship, where the role involved supporting the Outreach Director. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate degree in Management & Entrepreneurship from the Indian School of Management & Entrepreneurship, an M.Com in Management from the University of Mumbai, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance from H.R. College of Commerce & Economics.
