Erin (Ryan) Peters has extensive experience in customer success and technical services management, currently serving as Director of Customer Success at Veda, following roles as Senior Manager of Customer Success and Technical Delivery Manager. Previously, Erin held various positions at Wellframe, including Senior Technical Services Manager and Client Operations Manager. Erin's career began in clinical research at Massachusetts General Hospital as a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator, and also includes academic support roles as a MPH Core Course Tutor at Boston University School of Public Health and as a Graduate Student Assistant at Boston University School of Medicine Continuing Medical Education Office.
