Daniel Fex is an experienced business and project developer with a focus on commercial real estate. Currently serving as Affärs- och Projektutvecklare at Vectura Fastigheter since June 2022, Daniel previously held the same title at Skanska from January 2017 to June 2022, where responsibilities included business and project development for commercial properties. Prior to this, Daniel worked as Projektledare Transaktioner and Bitr Projektledare Transaktioner at NAI Svefa from August 2011 to January 2017, managing real estate transactions. Early in the career, Daniel was a Business Developer and Trainee Business Developer at Schneider Electric from September 2009 to August 2011. Daniel obtained a Master of Science degree in Survey and Land Management with Technology Management, Real Estate, and Economics from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, completing studies from 2004 to 2009.
