Diego Costa is an experienced professional with a strong background in network management and technical support. Currently serving as Técnico de Gerenciamento de Redes at VECTRA Consultoria e Serviços since March 2021, Diego has been involved in proactive network monitoring and incident management for government agencies in Pernambuco. Previous roles include providing IT support at UFRPE and SEPLAG, where responsibilities encompassed technical maintenance and remote assistance. Diego's earlier experience was enriched through engagement in educational programs and customer service roles with TIM Brasil and Totaline Ar Condicionado. Diego holds a Licenciatura em Computação from Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco and has completed a Technological Degree in Gestão de Turismo and a Technical Degree in Refrigeração e Climatização from Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Pernambuco.
