Ruben Barbachano has extensive experience in military operations and support, working in various capacities from 2002 to the present. Currently, Ruben serves as CAF Support, Standardization and Evaluation at VectorCSP since July 2020, following a similar role at Blue Force Inc. from October 2018 to July 2020. Previous positions include Operations Manager at Cambridge International Systems, Colombia Program Coordinator at MAG DS Corp, and multiple roles at the 474th Expeditionary Support Squadron, where extensive training and operational oversight were provided. Ruben also held analyst and supervisory roles in counter-drug operations, working closely with the Colombian Air Force and US government agencies. Ruben retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after 34 years of service in the USAF, culminating a distinguished military career, and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration alongside a Bachelor's in History/Latin American Studies.
