Andrei Muresanu is an AI Research Scientist at Vector Institute since August 2022, focusing on AI safety and human cooperation through the development of AI agents, machine unlearning, and self-organizing memory structures. Muresanu has published research on large language models and led an AI research team at Triomics while serving as Chief Technology Officer at WealthyPlanet, overseeing the creation of advanced personal finance planning software. Previous experience includes roles at NVIDIA, University of Waterloo, PerkinElmer, and RPS Canada Inc., with a current educational pursuit of dual Bachelor's degrees in Statistics and Computer Science at the University of Waterloo, expected to complete in 2025.
