Mercy Malathi Jala possesses over 13 years of extensive experience in human resource management, currently serving as Manager of Human Resources - Diversity & Inclusion at Vector India Pvt. Ltd. since February 2022. Previous roles include Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Mobase Electronics India Private Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end recruitment, human resource planning, policy implementation, and employee engagement activities. Prior to Mobase, Jala worked as an Account Manager at Synchrony and as a Process Developer at GE Capital, complemented by earlier experience as a Customer Service Associate at Satyam Computer Services Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and International Business Administration from Acharya Nagarjuna University, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Francis College for Women.
