David Summers is an accomplished HSE Compliance Manager with extensive experience in safety and regulatory compliance spanning over three decades. Currently at Vecta Environmental Services, LLC since January 2021, David oversees health, safety, and environmental activities. Prior to this role, David served as the Director of Safety & Regulatory Compliance at Munoz Enterprises Inc from October 2012 to January 2021, and held the position of HSE Compliance Director at AbClean, USIS, and USES from 2000 to 2012.
