Karolina Kędzierska is a seasoned Scrum Master with extensive experience in agile project management, currently working at Vecima Networks Inc. since October 2024. Previously, Karolina held Scrum Master roles at FALCON V SYSTEMS and INVICTA Software, alongside serving as Global Scrum Leader at DOVISTA Polska Sp. z o.o., where responsibilities included overseeing Scrum management for SAP implementation and enhancing cross-functional collaboration. Prior to these roles, Karolina contributed to HR and business process management at DOVISTA Polska and managed brands at Grupa Zibi S.A. Karolina holds a master's degree in Management and Economics from Gdańsk University of Technology and has pursued further education in project management.
