Stijn Geerts is an experienced professional with a strong background in manufacturing engineering and project management. Currently serving as Teamlead Manufacturing Engineering Assembly NPI at VDL ETG Eindhoven since September 2016, Stijn leads a team of over 20 engineers, focusing on the transition of high-tech products from design to production readiness. Previous roles include Project Manager NPI, where Stijn oversaw the introduction and industrialization of mechatronic systems, and New Product Logistics Engineer, ensuring timely product delivery. Stijn's early career included positions in quality control at Pipingcare Benelux B.V. and Pipingcare BV, as well as a graduate internship in supply chain development at Jumbo Supermarkten. Stijn holds a Master of Science in Operations Management & Logistics and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management Science, both from Eindhoven University of Technology.
