Niels Keijzer is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in mechatronic system design and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as Group Lead Mechatronic System Design and System Architect at VDL Enabling Technologies Group since August 2019, Niels has also held positions as Mechanical Architect and Lead Engineer Mechanics. In addition, Niels operates Keijzer Engineering, providing consultancy services part-time. Previous roles include Mechanical Engineer at Omron Industrial Automation Europe from September 2016 to August 2019 and Engineer at TEGEMA from September 2011 to September 2016. Niels holds an HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive) from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven, earned from 2006 to 2010.
