Aernout Kisteman is a seasoned professional in system architecture, currently serving as a System Architect at VDL Enabling Technologies Group (ETG) since April 2013, focusing on high-performance linear actuators, performance enhancement, cost reduction, and robust production processes. Prior experience includes leadership roles as Voorzitter GMR at VGPOdeOosthoek and as a System Architect at Brunel. From December 2000 to March 2013, Aernout worked at ASML, progressing from Designer roles in overlay and focus analysis to Senior Architect, where responsibilities included optimizing product synergy and designing new products. Aernout holds a Master of Science degree in Physics from the University of Twente, obtained in 2000.
