Marc Awenius is a highly experienced professional in the field of chemistry and biotechnology, currently serving as the Leiter der Geschäftsstelle des Bioökonomierates and Senior-Technologieberater at VDI Technologiezentrum GmbH since 2010. Prior experience includes working as a Chemielaborant at BASF from 1999 to 2001. Marc Awenius holds a Dr. rer. nat. in Chemistry from The University of Freiburg (2006-2010), a Diplom-Chemiker from the University of Münster (2003-2006), and also completed education at the University of Duisburg-Essen and BASF SE as a Chemielaborant (1996-1999).
