David Nalepinski, MS, BS, currently serves as Vice President of the Cancer Service Line at VCU Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center, focusing on building relationships to enhance patient, family, and community success. Previously, David held the position of Associate Principal at The Innova Group, specializing in healthcare strategy and operations. David's extensive experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Regional Oncology at Duke Cancer Institute, where collaboration across various leadership groups was vital for integrated cancer care. Additionally, David led the Oncology Service Line at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and has held several managerial positions in various healthcare settings. David holds a Master of Science from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Business Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
