Spencer Lambert is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Finance Manager for the Neurology and Neurosurgery Departments at VCU Health, Spencer is responsible for preparing and presenting Monthly Operating Reports and developing financial models for new compensation plans. Previously, Spencer held various roles at HCA Healthcare, including Decision Support Manager, where responsibilities included developing dashboards for market analysis and preparing quarterly reports. Spencer's expertise also encompasses business intelligence and financial modeling from experiences at Atlantic Vision Partners and roles at Parallon focusing on revenue analysis. An MBA graduate from William & Mary and a BBA from James Madison University, Spencer completed the HCA Healthcare Leadership Institute program, enhancing leadership skills.
